Aqua Sounds Mini Retreats
Our Aqua Sounds Mini Retreats are immersive 2.5–3 hour wellbeing experiences designed to give you the space to slow down, switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
Blending movement, mindfulness, therapeutic techniques and the deeply relaxing experience of a floating sound bath, each retreat has been thoughtfully created to support both body and mind.
You don’t need any previous experience — simply come as you are.

Location
Pool sessions are held at Hazlewood School Pool in Oxted, Surrey. The pool is kept at a warm 31 degrees making it a cosy and comfortable environment for floating sound bathing experiences.
